Closing Out Jobs Before the Holidays: Dumpster Rental for Waco Contractors

Every contractor in McLennan County knows the stretch that starts about now. Punch lists from summer are still open, two more jobs got added in September, and everything wants to be finished before Thanksgiving and before the winter rain turns a back yard into a place you cannot get a trailer into. The work is there. What runs out is daylight and places to put debris.

One Bin Is Rarely Enough on a Tear-Out

A full-house gut or a big shingle tear-off fills a roll-off dumpster long before the job is done. You do not need a second rental for that — you need a dump & return. We haul the full bin to the landfill, empty it, and bring the same dumpster back to the same spot so your crew keeps working.

A dump & return runs the base rental price for that bin less $10: $279 for the 11-yard, $319 for the 15-yard, $359 for the 18-yard. If the load is all one clean material it drops further, to $204, $219 or $234. Every load comes with the bin’s full included tonnage again and gets weighed on its own, and it does not shorten your rental — book seven days, get a dump & return on day two, and you still have seven days. Dump & returns are set up by phone or text rather than online, so call or text us when the bin is full.

Book the Days You Need, Not the Days You Hope For

Jobs slip, and inspections slip. You can book 1 to 30 days right on the website now, and the extra days are cheap: $10 each through day 14, then $5 a day from day 15 on. Two weeks on an 18-yard is $499 before tax — usually less trouble than coordinating two separate drops around a framing crew.

One thing to plan around: we run one dumpster of each size. That is the honest limit of a small outfit, and it means availability is real rather than a sales line. If a tear-off lands the week of the 20th, book it now. Drop-offs need 12 hours’ notice, we are closed Sundays, and Wednesdays are mornings only.

Demo Debris, Priced Like Demo Debris

If you are hauling nothing but clean concrete, clean dirt, or clean wood and brush, say so when you book. A clean load is discounted and carries a full 7 tons instead of the bin’s standard allowance — worth real money on a driveway tear-out. Clean concrete and clean dirt ride in the 11-yard only, because of weight limits. And painted, stained or treated lumber does not count as clean wood, so if there is trim and trash mixed in, book it as construction debris and we will price it right the first time.

A Number You Can Put In a Bid

Our pricing is flat-rate and posted publicly, included tonnage is stated plainly, and you can see your exact total and book online in about two minutes — no quote request, no callback, no sales pitch, because you are pricing a job today and not Thursday. If we get something wrong on our end we will tell you straight and make it right. Contractors get enough runaround from suppliers; we are not going to add to it.

Got a job to close out before the holidays? Book your roll-off dumpster online or call and text us at (254) 300-1019 — and ask about a dump & return if one bin will not cover it. Our dumpster rental FAQ covers sizes, weights and what we cannot take.
