Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect what we need to bring a dumpster to your address and charge you for it. We do not run advertising or analytics on this site, we do not set tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Ever.

Who we are

What we collect

When you book, you give us your name, phone number, the delivery address, and anything you add as a gate code or placement instruction, along with the size, material, date and rental length you chose.

When you pay, Stripe collects your email, billing address and card details. Your card number never reaches our systems.

When you sign the rental agreement, we record the name you typed, the date and time, the internet address (IP) you signed from, the browser you used, and a fingerprint identifying the exact version of the agreement you were shown. That record is what lets us show later which terms you actually agreed to, and it is the reason a typed signature stands up.

At delivery and pickup, our driver may photograph the dumpster, its contents and where it sits on your property, as the rental agreement explains. The photographs record the condition of the site and the load and are kept with the booking.

While you use the site, Cloudflare records standard request information such as your IP address, as any web host does, and uses it to block bots and abuse. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report network errors back to it (Network Error Logging), which it uses to detect outages; that setting can be turned off in the Cloudflare dashboard.

We do not ask for and have no use for your date of birth, social security number, or any government identification.

Why we collect it

To schedule and deliver your dumpster, to reach you if there is a problem on the day, to take payment and to bill for overages or extra days as set out in the rental agreement, to keep a record of what you agreed to, and to protect the booking form from bots.

Phone calls and text messages. We use the phone number you give when booking to call or text you about your delivery and pickup. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts, and we will call instead.

Who we share it with

Every script, stylesheet and image on this site is served by our own host; nothing loads from a content delivery network. We share your information only with the services that make a booking work, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe processes the payment on its own checkout page, sees your IP address and browser when that page loads, and stores the booking details attached to the payment. Stripe emails the receipt. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google receives the delivery address as you type it (address suggestions), again when the booking page measures the drive to quote the travel fee, and once more when our server re-measures it before charging. Loading the map on the booking page also tells Google your IP address, as any Google Maps page does. Your booking is then stored as an event on our Google Calendar, which is how we run the schedule. • Cloudflare hosts this site, runs the verification check on the review page, and may load a small bot-detection script of its own on every page. Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim — for example, producing a signed rental agreement in a billing dispute.

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, and a browser's Global Privacy Control signal changes nothing about how we treat you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing here counting you.

Your booking details are held briefly in your own browser's session storage so the review page can show you what you selected. That is stored on your device, not sent to us, and it is cleared when you finish the booking or close the tab. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Cloudflare and Google may set their own cookies as part of the security check, the bot-detection script and the map. Those are governed by their policies, linked above.

How long we keep it

We run no database of our own. Your information lives in two places: the payment record held by Stripe, and the booking event on our Google Calendar, which includes the signed agreement.

We keep booking records for as long as we may need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes — generally at least four years, which is the limitations period for a written contract in Texas. After that we remove what we no longer need.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems. Access to the calendar and the payment account is limited to the people who run the business. Keys and credentials are stored as encrypted secrets, never in the website's code.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or text (254) 300-1019 and we will respond within 30 days.

There are limits worth being upfront about. We cannot delete a payment record Stripe is required to retain, and we will keep a signed rental agreement for as long as a dispute over that rental is still possible. Outside of those, we will delete what you ask us to.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and our rental agreement requires that the person booking be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. The rental agreement you signed is stamped with its own version, so changes here do not alter terms you already agreed to.
